The inside of the cake is just as important as the finished item, so I use high quality products and free range eggs in all my cakes.
With a Food and Nutrition background I am able to cater for special diets and make dairy free, egg free and vegan cakes.
My most popular cakes are Traditional Victoria Sandwich, Chocolate sponge cake and a rich fruit cake, I also make lemon, coffee, walnut and carrot cakes. If your favourite isn’t here please just ask!
Each cake can be made from a choice of filling to suit your requirements, many Brides opting for a three tier cake made from three different types of cakes.
